Of course. 🤡

    • This is truly whipped dog behavior, it’s not like Sheeran is actually cares that much otherwise he would have never had Macklemore on in the first place.

They literally just yanked his leash and he fell in line that easily. I’ve seen regular people lose their entire livlihoods and this gusano gets threatened with like what 1% of his revenue, an inconsiquential change to his lavish lifestyle and he folds instantly. It’s pathetic

The greatest threat for such people is perspective to live the ordinary proletarian life. Though i don’t ever seen any of them doing so, even the truly fallen ones either scrape the fringes of the business or just drug/drink themselves to death.

I literally cannot get it across to local Leftists (its thr punk scene. So its the type of anarchists we are allowed to make fun of and not the other kind ive heard exists somewhere, I know there are cool ones cause of here, but my irl experience had been…mixed at best) that Ukraine and Palestine are not remotely similar things and supporting Palestine and not Ukraine isnt at all hypocritical and in fact is a very very consistent position. Thr amount og times ive been asked if I support Palestine as if theyre the same thing is over 5. It’s deeply disturbing.

You should just avoid taking seriously the politics of these punk scene friends of yours. They’re clearly just doing it for aesthetic. They’re not serious about their ideology, so you need not worry about them in a serious sense.

Someone who studies even cursory Marxism, Anarchism, or any even remotely-anticapitalist position simply doesn’t have issues conflating Palestine and Ukraine.

Weird how people/mods other places are extremely happy to share united24 links while attacking other propaganda platforms (if they’re from the wrong countries of course)

‘Their biased propagandists’ vs ‘Our noble truthtelling journalists’

Outlets from either belligerent in a war or those from states that supply them weapons shouldn’t be trusted for accurate information on that war

i still remember that one western television clip, in which the pundit was saying something like

unlike middle-eastern refugees, ukrainians are relatively civilised, relatively european…

lmao they will still never admit slavs into the white club. The soviets saved the world from the Nazis and the west will never forgive them for that.

Almost every single villain in popular media depicting terrorists is always either middle eastern or slavic coded.

Its the Flag of the Donetsk People’s Republic, One of the regions that separated from the rest of Ukraine after the Maidan coup. Because that’s where the majority of the Russian first language minority(who make up 1/3 of Ukraine’s population) lived, after the Kyiv regime discriminated against them(banning their language in schools etc) and the Nazi battalions like Azov were shelling their residential areas(this is all prior to the 2022 russian ‘SMO’), it was later eventually officially annexed into the Russian federation along with the Luhansk People’s Republic

Its a Russian tricolour with the text:

        ДОНЕЦКАЯ (Donetskaya) – Donetsk

        РЕСПУБЛИКА (Respublika) – Republic

And the double headed eagle is a symbol of the pre-soviet Russian empire

that’s where the majority of the Russian first language minority

Just a phrasing clarification so nobody gets mixed up. The breakaway republics are not hte majority of the Russian language minority, but they are the most Russian of any regions of the country (because it’s actually just a gradient from west to east on a spectrum and the line between Russia and Ukraine is fake)

Shortly before the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the band joined the Territorial Defense Forces, having previously served as volunteers since the Russian occupation of Crimea in 2014. In March 2022, the band made an appeal to perform remotely in the Concert for Ukraine, a benefit concert raising funds for those affected by the Russian invasion. Their appeal included a message to singer Ed Sheeran via TikTok. The band were refused a place at the concert due to their association with the military. In response, Sheeran collaborated with the band on a remix of his song “2step”, with profits from streams of the music video being donated to Music Saves UA, a fundraising project created to provide humanitarian aid in Ukraine.
