He was outspoken earlier than most in Hollywood. People were posting him here back in 2023, and I haven’t heard of him hedging his antizionism yet
Ruffalo’s been fairly cool on Palestine the whole time
Yeah, he’s a liberal dork but it does seem like when people explain shit to him he actually absorbs it. Somebody run up to him and tell him about dialectical materialism at a red carpet or something so he can finally piece it all together
He probably knows.
I found a YouTube link in your comment. Here are links to the same video on alternative frontends that protect your privacy:
I’ll never forgive him for wading in to condemn Corbyn for antisemitism tbh
I think I’m one of the few people around who has zero sympathy for Corbyn. He doesn’t condemn Zionism, support’s Israel’s “right to exist”, refuses to say he’s not a Zionist and in the grand tradition of Trotskyists everywhere, led a well meaning group with influence down the toilet to a pointless dead end, enabling a fascist takeover.
I don’t fully agree, but taking your points for the sake of argument, that just makes Ruffalo jumping in on the ‘Labour antisemitism crisis’ even worse’
I don’t see any evidence of that. Maybe it happened but he seems to be historically supportive of Corbyn.
I’m not on Twitter any more, but when the enquiry ‘found’ that Corbyn had overseen/encouraged a culture of antisemitism (it didn’t actually find that, but that was the media narrative), Ruffalo 100% tweeted some nonsense along the lines of ‘never again must we allow the scourge of antisemitism to blah blah blah’. I understand that it was hard to know what was going on, particularly when his only window onto the issue was msm reporting, but he didn’t have you say anything at all.
Why not just link to the article on zateo?
One time I saw Mark Ruffalo at a convenience store in Kenosha, WI.
That’s it, that’s the whole story.
