    In LatAm we do also have mostly reactionary christians, but then we have far-left people who mix their religious view of the world with socialism/left-wing ideology;

    Alfredo Saade, an evangelical pastor and former Chief of Staff for President Gustavo Petro, has uniquely blended his religious identity with left-wing militancy. His political movement, Levántate (Get Up), as part of a “religious revolution” aimed at social transformation. He argues that a socialist government does not conflict with Christianity but rather embodies “the dream of Bolívar and Chavez” and Christian justice.

    Saade works to counter the traditional alliance between Colombian religious conservative sectors and right-wing parties, arguing that the left-wing program better aligns with biblical principles of helping the poor. Saade often uses providential language, even comparing President Petro’s to Jesus Christ in its struggle against what he calls “mafias” and “oligarchies”.

    While many evangelical leaders in Colombia view Israel as “God’s chosen people” with a divine right to the land, Saade opposes this view. He characterizes such religious-political alignments as part of the “mafias” and “oligarchies” that his movement seeks to dismantle. Saade also claims that the Lebanese, Palestianians and Jordanians have more religious rights to live in the region than Israelis.

      There is a priest here in Brasil who is very left-wing, his name is Júlio Lancellotti, the right has been attacking him for years at this point, from doing hate campaigns on social media, straight up telling lies accusing him of being a pedophile, all the way up to try passing legislation to stop his work.

      Now, you might be thinking, what is this guy doing that is pissing the alt-right so much here? He’s feeding the poor, I’m not kidding, that’s basically it. The right quite literally tried to pass legislation to stop this man from distributing food to the poor. Of course he’s also a very outspoken leftist too. One time he even spoke against a bishop that condemned communist during a prayer.

      but at the end of the day, these leftwing Christians still wants to be friends with these Ultra Reactionary Christians, because they both supposedly believe in the same God. This is like Class Collaboration-ism, it simply can’t work.

    I believe that this is a vampire (check that collar) trying to undermine the power of crosses and holy water. Or, at any rate, I believe that that hypothesis is more probable than this being a sincere person trying to follow the teachings of Christ
