It’s wild how the only canon work that even brings up the droid slavery issue in any meaningful way is the Han Solo origin movie. And even there it’s played as a joke
I d/l’d and opened the pdf for Trans Liberation, and adobe acrobat gave me this message at the top
“Don’t bother yourself with reading a book, just let the racism machine spit out vaguely related words at you”
Could you please link the source? This info is extremely important to be able to share
After seeing Chinese citizens on RedNote react to westerners confirming that capitalism really is as bad as they’ve been told and the Chinese govt isn’t lying to them, I’m curious about the average soviet citizens’ view of the West and specifically , what was your understanding of the capitalist world and did you or your comrades have doubts about what you were told about it?
Its kinda upsetting seeing so many people upbear blatant body-shaming. Cillizza and his ilk suck for a thousand legitimate reasons you can list without resorting to shitting on their appearances
I got recommended a couple To Catch A Predator episodes ontube, and I’m fascinated by the cops on that show. They know the cameras will broadcast to 100mil+ Americans, so they always have 6-8 pigs waiting in the bushes to collectively tackle and arrest the pervs. They show overwhelming force when they’re on TV, when in reality SA and DV crimes almost never get prosecuted. It’s incredible copaganda for paranoid white suburbanites, thanks Bush
You have absolutely no idea how much it cost
I agree with everything except limiting the amount requested. That seems arbitrary and would make the comm useless to people who need more than $100 (or whatever limit we would set), as emergencies often are more costly than that especially in the current economy. Imo the other requested changes would greatly improve the experience for both requestors and donators without setting a hard cap on how much someone can ask for.
This was in a Transformers comic? Maybe those writers have the sauce after all
Yeah it’s pretty great from what I remember
Linkedin is pure business ghoul bullshit with no redeeming qualities but you’re forced to have one for “networking” so I’d say that’s the worst one.
Ah shit does that include Jojo’s Colored Adventure? I never got around to reading part 8
Thank you for the insight, I think I understand the sentiment now. I’m just really tired of [largely white] people lionizing the USSR while ignoring the other incredible socialist projects that still exist to this day
it does at least ensure the comm name is just as unfunny as the average post
I thought it was already called HBO Max lol
What a pure wikipedia education does to a mf
