Being a communist requires one to either completely rediscover all of marxism from first-principles and/or study and super-human intellect, or the ability to agree that there are groups of other people (marxists, communists, etc.) capable of great intellect and wisdom. If they’re self-flattering with a hatred of groups by using groupthink in a non-limited and non-ironic sense then it’s really unlikely they’re a marxist and not some individualist (at best) and like just some misanthropic crank at worst.
