I recommend the youtube channel ‘Grant Harting’, he promotes himself as ‘licensed pharmacist in 4 states’. He makes videos where he analyzes pills like this and sends them to a lab. He finds that most gas-station-pills that look like this contain Sildenafil/Viagra and are illegally manufactured. The videos are fun to watch.
