been in mental health crisis mode for what feels like weeks now
but i’m crawling back. i quit my meds (deliberately) and been sober for about a week now. I need to keep up that sobriety streak. Last time I drank I got hungover that I’m still feeling it just by thinking about booze. I don’t know how long this streak I’m on is going to last but it needs to last a long time
It’s rough right now but i’m working on getting back in it 🥲👍

This guy who has a podcast with Rev Left Radio has great videos about sobriety.

Did you come across this recent post about recovery meetings by any chance?
A good support network is really important for sobriety and if these meetings get going it might be helpful.

Fate seems to be dragging me back into gardening. Planted these badboys as bulbs just the other day and they’re already taking off.

Shout out to the homies in the Tohono Oʼodham nation for cultivating these. Your efforts have made an impact that spans the globe and I am grateful for it.
This week I practiced meditation on 5 days in a row and did some reading on 5 days. That’s the goal and ideally I would like to do it every week. I also went running on 1 day when the weather was permitting

I finally got an (old) hometrainer so I can do some cardio while at home since its pretty cold outside and I really dont wanna go running in this weather
I now got an old home trainer . to be continued
I got a trip to Japan coming up and my goal is to get as good at music as possible before I go. There’s a jam session I went to there that I want to go back to.
I’m practicing nearly three hours everyday after work and then I listen to music for about an hour too.
