Not surprising. The US Hyundai factories and the contractors they hire are well known to treat worker health and safety as secondary to literally everything else. Don’t promote workplace safety, get capped by unsafe work conditions, poetic justice.

Letting someone die instead of providing aid is a very serious crime that’s almost impossible to prove in court
