But we can see counter examples is this template. Let’s assume ‘you’ is always American because an Iranian that satisfies A&B would not be a domestic terrorist.
Instead imagine I have a massive put option placed on private prison stocks. I would want Trump’s deportation policies to fail which would drive down private prison expansion.
