Signalis has a bunch of body horror stuff. Most of the enemies are hourglass shaped female androids with wide hips, but also they’re weird zombies like the Silent Hill nurses where the sexualization is just one aspect of it. The game has a bunch of themes involving idealized humanity and the consequences of it. Like it’s implied at various points that the androids are actually the ruling class and humans are kinda like domesticated pets.
Also yeah there’s lesbian stuff in Signalis but it’s just kinda normal romantic pining and tragedy not like explicit whatever. I really like Signalis and I thought maybe its niche appeal would mean only people who understand it would be into it but I guess not
