Hungryroot kinda sucks worth the seasoning too. I’ve done it before and always needed to add a ton of stuff to the recipe to make it have any flavor.

Dried turmeric has a dusty aroma to it. Usually you only use small quantities of turmeric as it can be bitter if used in excess.
