Basically go find some text, dump it into a site and it will generate a podcast about that subject.
Oh mygod it was the stupidest thing I had ever heard that morning… The radio does play the US president a lot, so bare that in mind. This was stupider.
Fortunately, I think a lot of YouTube is probably now AI.
Google came out with its own slopcast “Notebook LM” generator some time ago.
You can still tell when a podcast is fake because of some weird text to speech errors it makes. But the speech is pretty fluent now. You just have to look for specific tell tell signs.
Which “AI guy”? Just someone you know, or are we talking about some tech bro billionaire?

Our company has a “AI guy”. You know… “Its easy! Just spin up an instance then docker-compose. All blah blah… Bullshit bullshit, I can’t believe you didn’t know that!”
As for YouTube, it’s a Fortunately. Try Peertube. Hopefully one day people stop using YouTube altogether.
