Erm, so do you have issues with extremes? Because burning your tongue should not happen often and that remains true even if you were eating food hot every time. What you describe as inevitable is something that happens to me like three times a year, only is bothersome for a couple days, and is thoroughly my own fault when it does happen.

I hope your order is shipped soon! I really like this device. The experience has been pretty smooth so far, the performance is better than anticipated also. It functions well and it looks beautiful. The thing is tiny. I’m just running the stock SteamOS. I did not know windows was even an option on these actually.

I have. I suspect though that it was because of this one day a weird mod was banning people en masse for downvoting their accusatory post where they listed a bunch of users they claimed are Zionists. With no evidence at all. Everyone who downvoted it got banned from their community immediately. Then I noticed the weird bot behavior a day or two later. I saw another user complaining about the same bots doing this to them also. If it’s that mod, it’s a very strange and spiteful thing to do but it wouldn’t surprise me. People are strange.

I have never gotten anywhere with coworkers arguing this. They write the dumbest comments and resist feedback in PRs. Now with LLMs we’re adding a bunch of unit tests that are about half comments. I cannot begin to express how useless these comments are. No one is going to read 15 paragraphs to understand a slop unit test. If that shit breaks it’s not going to be obvious why. Between the verbosity and writing style, these comments are some of the least grokable shit I’ve seen in my career. My coworkers have basically let me know that my feedback is noted but they disagree.
