Atlanta’s metro service, MARTA, has been pejoratively called ‘moving Africans rapidly through Atlanta’ since before a lot of people on here were born. They incite racial hatred and then rhetorically link social programs and racial minorities to make racists more okay with having programs that benefit them cut. This is why food stamps went from one of the most supported to one of the most vilified, politicized welfare programs.
