Microsoft complied and likely gave this boilerplate message because they didn’t have a specific message for that though there is a screenshot of an alleged follow-up that specifically states it was for that reason.

But Bill Gates got an STD from sleeping with “Russian Girls” while partying with Epstein and gave it to Melinda. He was asking Epstein for some antibiotics that he could covertly slip into Melinda’s drinks to treat the STD with out letting her know about it, so he didn’t have to explain how she got an STD from him sleeping around.
