Basically the Trump administration is violating the law by not releasing all of the files but some were made available.

Frame photo shows Epstein holding a comically large cheque signed by Trump. This looks similar to one of the photos in the Birthday Book.

They used a separate redaction method for CSAM. Pages which contained CSAM are replaced with a blue sheet that says “CSAM not scanned”, but there are also a bunch of pages that are just fully black redacted. There is no explanation for why there are so many full black bar pages.

If my math is right - Trump released ~1% unredacted, new material.

[Representative Robert Garcia]: “In our initial estimation—It could be that we’re only getting about 10% of what the DOJ has. And of that 10%, 5% of that has already been released. And the other 5% is highly redacted. So we’re getting very little so far.”

I find it strange that Fox News would report that government officials were protected by redactions. I’m always skeptical to trust Fox News but they did include a leaked memo document.

It seems like the DOJ tried to redact any mention of Trump, there were a few instances that they missed.

I guess “the government” isn’t the people that get elected or appointed. That’s just what happens on TV. “The government” is the hidden cabal of Democrats that control everything behind the scenes while the Republicans on TV valiantly fight against them, but somehow never succeed despite winning all the time. They’re the plucky underdogs fighting the deepstate!

At least until they give up on Republicans too, and then they just blame the Jews.

I think your analysis is inaccurate because we are not talking about the “average Fox News viewer”. There are different branches of Fox News. There are even local Fox News channels which are not similar to the reporting of Fox News National. We’re talking about an ARTICLE on the Fox News WEBSITE.

The article published on Fox News Digital which says that politician names have been redacted was not reported on the Fox News television channel. The extent of the reporting on the Fox News television segments was spotty and ranged from sparse photos of Bill Clinton to briefly mentioning that the files were overly redacted. The Fox News television channel tried to report the release as little as possible. The Fox News channel aired interviews with Todd Blanche himself saying that the release was lawful. Fox News television even had a segment where they claimed that the release had ‘too much information’.

Do you think that the average Fox News viewer also reads the Fox News website? Does the average Fox News viewer even knows how to read?

I know what the mind of an American hog is like. Why do you think that you’re the hog whisperer?

Your analysis is not correct. Even MTG (the congressmember who got elected for being a qanon conspiracy theorist) is quoting the Fox News digital reports to say that names of government officials were protected. MTG has made herself into a Trump rival and Trump even retracted his endorsements of MTG. Trump started saying that MTG’s new name is ‘Marjorie Traitor Brown’.

This tweet does not indicate that Marjorie Taylor Greene thinks that Trump’s US DOJ is protecting Democrats. MTG is not making the association of “government officials” being “only democrats”. Your assumption is entirely baseless.

I’m not sure if that’s the right avenue. I think they would pursue a writ of mandamus or I’m mixing up my early American history lessons. The writ compells a government official, this case the ag, to execute their duties and they are subject to arrest by the marshals of the court.

Will the us marshalls execute a court order. Who knows.

Will the us marshalls execute a court order.

I don’t think so. The marshals work for the DOJ. If a large group of marshals thought of themselves as Justified badasses and we willing to try to arrest the AG - it would be insane. As soon as Trump learned who they were - he would mention them by name. Maybe every member of their family: …and Little Jimmy is six years old and he goes to Podunk Elementary School. It’s a shame that their daddy is a traitor who deserves bad things. Very, very bad things.

They and their families would get death threats. Trump would get them fired, and their lives would be ruined. All of that would happen at an insane speed - within hours. Plus they’d be 100% guaranteed to fail.

          -–

In other news - is a marshal actually called a deputy? Or is that a Justified artifice?

How do you rate the limited drop on a scale of zero to 100 - zero being utterly pointless and 100 being great (even though limited).

Basically the Trump administration is violating the law by not releasing all of the files but some were made available.

The poor libs are going to rend their garments. He broke the law!

    Wow, shocker!

Also - I thought they’d wait until tonight so the stuff gets missed in the Friday night news dump. I don’t understand why they didn’t wait until 11:59 DC time.
