12ft never worked for the sites I needed it to, so I got accustomed to using archive.is and sharing the link with others if it wasn’t already
Bypass Paywalls Clean is a great extension for Firefox. It’s not available on the Mozilla add-on page, but it’s binary releases are signed and update automatically just like any other extension
It often provides convenient links to the various archive.* (like .ph) sites
