I doubt this will clarify anything, but he’s saying that “breaking up” with his cousin after 8 years of sucking his dick has given him a guilty conscience. It sounds more like he regrets ever starting the activities in the first place, and that sharing nudie mags and sucking him off sent him down a dark path. But we can’t rule out that he regrets stopping, and that if just kept blowing his cousin he wouldn’t have killed a pregnant woman.

Literally the only Kanye songs I know are Gold Digger and I think it was Jesus Walks. He got big right as I was dropping out of mainstream music so to me he’s a guy that made 2 radio hits and has been clinging to being the weirdest fucker out there for 20 yeaes
He definitely was influential and a big deal afterwards, not a two-hit has been. He’s well past his prime now though, over cooked as hell
People say this and cause I know fuck all about rap i have no choice but to accept. But to me he’s just always been a perenially weird guy who had one song I remember being mid and another where he seemed weirdly Christian and then I never heard any other song but this guy does at least one really weird thing every 6 months for a solid 20 years.

He had a lot of talent as a producer, and had an incredible ability to pull in a wide array of other musicians and samples and make it work in a rap or pop banger. He changed styles pretty quickly over the course of his career and still managed to maintain mass appeal. His lyrics had such a fun easy swagger.
He has a contrarian brain full of whirling artistic aesthetics, hence the dumpster fire whenever he’s doing literally anything that isn’t music. He’s also a very sick person and both him and the world would be much better off if we never heard a peep from him again.
