Hamas-led militants killed some 1,200 people and abducted around 250 in the Oct. 7, 2023, attack on Israel that triggered the war. Israel’s retaliatory war in Gaza has killed more than 43,000 Palestinians, according to local health authorities, who do not say how many were combatants but say more than half were women and children.

JFC they’ve gotta qualify the tens of thousands of Palestinian dead with “well we don’t know how many were combatants” but no such qualification is made for the Israeli deaths. Imperialist ghoul shit.

I absolutely despise the Associated Press and I hate that they have this air of legitimacy and neutrality given to them that they have done absolutely nothing to earn. They’re hardly distinguishable from Breitbart half the time and yet they’re treated as one of the most trustworthy outlets there is.

“Yeah, the burn marks likely came after the truck tires ran them over, I’d say they died from traumatic injury. TOD 12:43pm”

“Doctor! Doctor! You forgot to diagnose whether they were a combatant!”

“I have 417 more patients and all my colleagues got arrested, I’m busy”

no such qualification is made for the Israeli deaths

It’s pretty safe to assume that any adult Israeli killed is a member of the military. Both because the resistance just hasn’t killed many civilians, and because there are very few Israeli civilians, over 90% have served in the IDF.

the most swift death to the bloodthirsty zionists almost seems too kind sometimes. these stories are horrific, I can’t even begin to fathom the strength people have to love through it

i hate with a burning passion everyone who is enabling and contributing to this horror.

fuck you and go to hell if you make any sort of excuses for this shit. i’m looking at you, reddit-logo refugee lemmitors.

edit: why the fuck should anyone have to suffer like this? how can anyone see these things happening every day and continue to make excuses for it, or at the very least downplay it? why is the world so goddamned complacent? why is it so goddamned complicit?

this is all so avoidable, and yet americans are selfishly voting in favor of it because they can’t stomach the thought of being inconvenienced by an embarrassing president at home. nothing that senile fuck would even be capable of doing to us can even come close to what our country is doing to palestinians. no white american will ever experience what Hind Rajab experienced, and what countless others continue to experience EVERY DAY and have experienced every day since that settler state was founded.

if you can’t make even the smallest sacrifice to challenge a genocidal status quo, then yes, FUCK YOU AND GO TO HELL.
