The “Parental Authorization for Deviation from Student's Legal Name Form” asks parents to sign if they agree to allow their child to use a name aside from their legally given name on any campus.
Obviously this is because he hates trans people but this is going to have splash damage on cis kids who like engage in fun stuff like going by a nickname in school. So Meatball Ron needs a permission slip from his parents too.
I heard elsewhere on Lemmy someone signing a permission slip for letting Benjamin be called Ben. Might just be a school doing malicious compliance in regards to the law though.
