It’s much better. I swing between thinking it’s good and thinking it’s leaning too much into shock gore, but whatever I think of it on its own merits, it’s much much better than the comic
it isnt really, besides using some character names + basic plots, but also better for it lol. garth ennis really likes edgy/shocking stuff and in the boys (the comic) he tries so hard to be edgy and shocking that it just gets boring. i think the show balances out the shock humor much better
So, I’ve been wondering, how faithful is the show to the comic book? Because the comic book came out in 2006-2012.
