frothingfash: “I’m a straight white man! I’m born one of the designated good guys! You’re one of the bad people so you’re bad by default! I can sin against you because I’m like a superhero punishing the bad guys! Wait, what do you mean this means I’M the SJW?”

This is why football culture in Britain needs to be preserved. British people have a strong predilection to tribalism and you need to keep them occupied with circuses because otherwise they go around starting crusades in the name of a religion they don’t even know exists

We need to return Britain to its original racist roots.

You must welcome all foreigners gleefully because they are not your hated nemeses: the clearly racially inferior group of other white Anglos from the most hateful of places, a different village a ten minute walk away. Ignore the fact that your mother came from that village and FIGHT YOUR COUSIN TO THE DEATH OVER A HAM!

Appeals to religion can work really well as a dogwhistle for racism

Almost like Christian nationalism is more racism than religion.

“You just are an atheist to sin.” - people who are atheist but only pretend to be religious for the perks it gives their specific race and gender.

But hey, at least this is good for hypocrisy-mongering. Don’t mention being a leftist, just say “this is hypocritical” and you win.
