Doesn’t matter if it did say DNR. If there isn’t a signed, valid copy at hand, they’re gonna err on the side of resuscitation.
Imagine poisoning grandma and just slapping a DNR bracelet on.

I would treat it as something for the mortician to deal with. Do Not Embalm [just throw me in the local landfill via the dumpster out back].
