It is against the rules to walk into a store not knowing what you want to buy, or to see if they have something and just walk out if you get bored or don’t find what you want to buy. If you step foot in the store you HAVE to buy something it’s the rule. It’s even MORE the rule that you have to know what you want to buy before you go in and you have to just KNOW that they have it before you go in. That’s a subclause of the rule
