Even Lucas tweaking his films, was done for a reason. He was pioneering new technology, and was using his movies to showcase how that could be done. Some of it worked brilliantly, and other times it doesn’t work as well.

Even stuff like Mandalorian has this issue. The Volume is a great piece of technology to use for filmmaking. There are definitely guardrails for it, and it works better in some cases than others, but you don’t know that until you actually use the tech.

It’s so fucking dumb people criticize things like that.
