Is there someone holding a gun to your head to force you to watch them?

I never got this attitude. It is okay to not be the target demographic. Even if you were it before.

More movies = better. Even if they are shit. They do not take away anything from the movies you do enjoy.

I agree the Phantom Menace is one of the worst Star Wars movies ever. Much worse than the sequels. But even that is still an enjoyable movie compared to say Twilight.
