      For me, it’s just good to know that there are other people who think like me and that it’s a perfectly valid (if maybe unpopular) to navigate the world. I don’t have a diagnosis, either, and I don’t know what “having” it would mean since it’s such a wide range of characteristics and traits. The important thing is to know who I am.

        Wait I thought you said you did get a diagnosis? Or does a “peer-reviewed autism diagnosis” mean you got your autism card from other autistic people? Cause I think I have that already, at least…

        And yeah, learning that there are other people like me who understand me and what it’s like to live as a person like me is a really helpful thing. It’s like solidarity in a way. It makes it easier to accept myself for who I am
