To be fair to the kid, their teacher’s handwriting has clearly gone to shit after grading papers for 25 years while barely paying their rent.
Part of the reason my handwriting is so bad is because I couldn’t accept criticism from teachers when they all wrote like this.
I got a paper back one time in middle school where I briefly thought my french teacher had called me a retard but apparently I’d submitted something late.

My fourth grade teacher would openly announce grades when handing out test and he liked to scary the students. He would loudly announce someone failed if they got a high grade before they could see the test itself.
