The legislation will allow the government to use regulation to capture a group that has phoenixed, rather than having to list it separately. Burke said the principle of using the regulation would be based on “whether or not they’re judged to be a continuation of the organisation”.

Good! Here in Finland we should ban fascist movements altogether, there’s already a popular citizens’ initiative about the subject. We should definitely criminalize the Blue-and-Black Movement and Active Club, especially after what happened in Tampere two weeks ago.
I note that this is relatively easier in Australia as we have no right to free speech.
Conspiring to commit crimes is not covered under free speech any where.
