If you ask practically anyone from the Russia this following question:
“Do you want ending the war immediately if that means that the Russia will withdraw from all parts of Ukraine, including the whole of Donbas and Crimea?”
…their answer is always some form of “No.”
That will also be the answer Alina the Genocider will give you if you ever ask.

Some might answer “It’s a complex thing”, but in the end, if you ask them more about it, that turns out to be a “No.” as well.

Even the “anti-war” Russians want their country to get at least a small victory out of this war. 12 years of war is a lot and the Russians don’t want to have done that for nothing. Are you “anti-war” if you say “I would want the war to end immediatelly, but of course with the condition that my country must be allowed to win it”?

In other words: Stay the hell out of here, Alina. You’ve got your shithole to love. Davay i lyubi.

I’m originally from Russia, I’m anti-war, and I don’t fit into your little thought experiment because I definitely want Ukraine to keep all of its territory.

Probably because you grew up elsewhere. The reason is in the all-encompassing propaganda they are born in and live all their life in.

They don’t do that genocidal shit for some reasons of ethnicity. They do it because they grew up in a kleptocracy. You didn’t – and therefore you’re able to be just as intelligent as anyone.

People living in the Russia are orcs because of active work that has been put into making them that way. I k know people who were adopted from an orphanage the Russia in their early childhood and have lived in Finland ever since. They’re simply Finns, not orcs in any manner. A bit of the same thing has probably happened to you. Thank your luck for that! :)

Lol, I chose your country as undesirable, but you still wrote this comment to reject me. Or maybe that upset you? Finns are some of the most hysterical and bitchy men I’ve ever interacted with online. Most of you aren’t even hot, so I have no motivation to change your mind about me. If you were at least Swedish, I’d try, but as it is, accept your orange loser color and get lost.

Because much of EU is marked as “Alina wants to come rot this place”, and you are not wanted here.

I’m from the EU and you insulting many EU countries with that green colour is not okay in my books.

If I were a Russia, personally, I’d want to live in Germany, Switzerland, or Sweden, or Finland because of the minimum wages and happiness indexes but also just because I would want to enlist to fight Russia as a sense of responsibility for my nation.

Neither does Finland. Or, it kinda does. The law says that “the salary is not allowed to be significantly lower than what is typical for that profession.”

Whether that counts as a minimum wage or not, is a matter of opinion.

There is no nationwide minimum wage but at least 5 cantons have them and there are some industry-wide minimum wages as a result of high union participation.

Well, that’s what you would like which is quite obviously fine.

I would love to be able to visit Russia to be honest. But I would still want to live in France which doesn’t look like your most favorite place… which is fine too ;)

I’ve honestly never understood the appeal of Russia. Even 20 years ago I wouldn’t have felt safe going there as a tourist.

I would be tempted that is a very personal thing.

Like, for example myself I have no interest whatsoever in traveling the world as a tourist to be visiting ‘exotic’ places or to take selfies to share with world. None at all. So much so that, since my spouse and I decided to stop traveling by plane in the early 00s (when we started worrying about climate change), we have not missed it once. We simply don’t care about ‘going to places’.

Meanwhile, I’m very much interested in meeting people. Even more so those people with whom I share a common space (Europe up to Asia).

You forgot the ‘1’ next to the the +, in your hast to approve the previous comment. Just so you know

You’re wondering why anyone would want to visit Russia? Allow me to answer by asking you another question: why would anyone not want to? Why not Russia specifically and not, say, that other lunatic-lead country, the USA?

Also note that I said ‘I would love to be able to visit Russia’ which implies that I can’t most likely for obvious reasons, being a EU citizen myself and one of those ‘degenerate Westerners’ Russia’s elites is trying to convince its population its their god-given right to nuke (here too)…

So, beside its current elites who are not be the most… likable… persons, and beside the hostile rhetoric and idiotic anti-everything European ideologies that goes along (here again, like in the USA, what a coincidence) what should make Russia a ‘no go’ for me, in your opinion? Why do you think I would hate it?

Here are the reasons why I would love to spend some time in Russia, if I was to ever feel welcome.

I would love to spend some time in the largest country in the world, the one with probably the most varied populations (and cultures). With a history that goes way farther back in time than its ‘Russian/Slavic’ roots (you know some regions in Northern Siberia were populated by Neanderthal populations?). With a very impressive artistic and literary culture (among my 10 favorites writers, 2 are Russians. And I can easily think of 10 mores, and a few poets, I consider essentials read), not even considering music and movies.

Do I like what Russia is doing? Nope. Does that mean I should hate all of it and all of its inhabitants? I don’t think so.

Obviously that is very personal matter. Your more than welcome to disagree with me, which should come as no surprise as we already obviously disagree on the subject of France: to me, no matter how low the country stands right now (and it stands real low), it remains my country, the country I love. Here too partly because of its people (despite the many assholes populating it too)n for its artistic, literary and philosophical richness (even though armies of uneducated crowds have happily started working hard on destroying some of it). Also because it’s a beautiful country, at least wherever it remains protected from the ravage of modern urbanologists and the atrocious projects of those politicians addicted that consider their moral duty to pour concrete everywhere and that are obsessed with straight lines, and with speed. There are so many lovely places that remain untouched in France. Places to fall in love with. But enough about that ;)
