I upgraded to v8.1.3 this morning which fixed several bugs, and in the process I also enabled live streaming.
As part of the version upgrade, channels can also now have more than one owner/collaborator.
Edit: I also installed the livechat plugin

I’ve been leaching from my middle class parents. It’s been about $500 a month lately. 🥹 I’m a student right now and my mom has been generous but my dad would flip if he saw the bills. I need to do a fundraising drive but I’ve been procrastinating it. I could do some things to reduce the expenses if it becomes unsustainable.

I think that depends on the broadcast software. Although a clunky solution, it looks like you can do that with OBS Studio by sharing your browser screen. I have the livechat plugin for TankieTube installed.

Also @CARCOSA@hexbear.net would it be possible to get a Tankietube community? Maybe even a Hextube one? This is something I’d like to try in the future when I have more time.
