I’ve always thought that policing Kirk’s grief was gross. And the kind of thing that conservatives worry about. I’m comforted that so many here recognize gossip-slop politics.

It’s the same reason Malania is a straight up cunt.

Can’t a lady be happy about all the money she’s going to make off his death?

Or the fact that she doesn’t have to see him naked anymore?

Ever notice how when the conspiracy nuts attack the right, they bring receipts, actual recordings, solid evidence. Then she goes for the left with like the absurd Macron conspiracy where her evidence is basically "this girl looks a bit like her brother… nevermind the fact that he’s been in public many times since the claim started etc…

It’s because it’s easier to get dirt on people you’re close to. Remember when Madison cawthorn wouldn’t toe the party line and pictures of him in drag leaked within a week? I just assume they’re always collecting dirt on each other so they can end their careers if someone crosses them.

True but then it’s still worth pointing out the sides disparity… IE democrats sure as hell have had people switch alligences. Within the media sector, half the groups associated with the young turks, went on to become right wing. (Jimmy Dore, Dave Reuben etc…) Politician wise, we’ve had quite a few flips from democrat to either independent or republican. Yet none of them leave with "Hey here’s all the dirt I learned.

The point is I find it most telling that these conspiracy theorists, that are famous for grasping at the thinnest of straws when attacking the left, yet by attacking the right, they demonstrate that they do know what real evidence looks like. Basically to me that’s a showing of the question of are they actually crazy, or are they grifters.

          Judging from history it’s projection.

“If my allies are this craven, just imagine what evil shit my enemies get up to!”

And I’d guess it’s a mixture of true belief and grift, depending on who you ask.

          Jimmy Dore, Dave Rubin

Ana kasparian for a few weeks too. Not that her reaction wasn’t provoked, but damn that was wild.

Edit: specifically the backlash over the homeless thing. The “birthing person” one was her being tone deaf and reactionary as fuck.

Are we confident it isn’t AI?

I don’t ask this because I think it is. I ask this because audio is pretty damn easy to fake these days, and Candace Owens has no love for Erika Kirk.

Confirmation bias is really powerful, I just want to make sure we’re considering the source. But I am not an expert and would be thrilled by someone explaining how we know it’s real.

Not to mention candace has really gone off the deep end. My hypothesis has been that since she’s basically a shock jock like fuentes, she has to keep doing and saying crazier shit to stay in the public eye. After throwing her full support behind Kanye during his… Whatever that was, there’s really no place to go except insane conspiracies like flat earth and ancient aliens.

Though honestly after seeing the “why isn’t ice melting at 30 degrees” tweet, I’m not sure if she’s still grifting or losing her tether to reality.

Agreed. And even if it isn’t AI, everyone reacts to bad news differently. I didn’t cry when my dad died for several days. It doesn’t seem real at first.

What’s the story here exactly? That someone isn’t supposed to laugh while they’re grieving? How many days have to pass before they’re allowed to giggle? That’s not how grief works.

Haven’t we all, at some point, had to put on a face even when we feel like shit? I know these people are terrible, but it’s not because of this.

It’s both hilarious and on brand that Charlie Kirk’s wife was stupid enough to trust a woman whose entire career is being an antagonistic attention seeker.

She’s well known for her book denying slavery and the holocaust.

This is…not worth my time. When a good friend of mine died tragically, I had to make jokes and laugh because it was everything I could do to stay sane.

I hate her and hope she dies or gets killed, but this isn’t a “gotcha” to me.

      You’re correct, she’s not with anyone’s time.
And I would be right there with you about the gotcha if the obvious grifting wasn’t involved.

Yes, I have grieved. And yes, I used humour to counter it.
I have seen many people grieve, and many of those have used humour to get over things. But that humour was generally morbid humour, or something like that.

Never have I met a -decent- person who used their partners death (let alone a public murder) to gleefully grift and make money, and further themselves.
It’s not as if she was poor beforehand and this money is new to her. And it’s not as if they didn’t have life insurances etc etc.

This wasn’t a devoted wife using humour to get over her husband’s murder. This was a ghoul laughing about money being made, talking about her future leadership of NaziPointUSA etc etc. She hardly mentions her husband The Human Fountain. This is a woman who saw an opportunity and went for it.
