Side note: FRLG was peak. We don’t need to keep remaking Kanto. You are never going to recapture 90s era Pokémania.

That’s called emulators. And Nintendo HATES emulators. At least ones that they aren’t selling on their own console.
decomp/recomp ports run natively on pcs without an emulator (but you do have to supply your own rom). Ship of Harkinian is a good port of Ocarina of Time, I’m enjoying playing with mouse and keyboard.
