I love seeing marketplace of ideas in action 🙂↕️
Lucky there was a photographer on hand ready to capture that.
The headline led me to believe that this took place deep down in Louisiana but it actually took place in Little Rock, Arkansas. Do better journalists. /s
Johnny be good
.Does anyone reading this know about Johnny Gray’s later life? I’m clicking the internet and not finding anything yet…
From other comments and the weirdness of these pictures. I’m guessing this is made up by AI.Yeah I can’t even find this on the UPI website.NVM, the UPI website has a shitty AI for their search and it sucks. Using DDG I was able to find the photo on their site.

He really put his whole body into that punch
No choice. If it escalated it was him against those two (his sister probably couldn’t help much). He had to shut that shit down quick.
Fuck yea Johnny, get 'em!
If you’re not right in the head you might get punched in the head
Two angry kids fighting because adults fucked their heads, and other adults applaud it.
Dunno, quite a sad scene for my liking.
Sad that the kid, who probably isn’t “fucked in the head,” had to deal with two racist fucks. Hopefully they at least learned that black people can kick their ass just as well as anyone else.
These racist fucks his fighting are just the same children. Their behavior was conditioned by adults in a way that makes them thinking they are more entitled to a sidewalk than that other kid. They have not developed enough soundness to be able to reflect on that.
They for sure learned that fighting proves a point.
And those adults were taught that same thing by their parent generation. No one just decides to randomly become bigoted, almost everyone who is becomes bigoted because of propaganda and indoctrination, so at what point does someone have to take responsibility for their own bigotry, and when can you just blame it on the people who indoctrinated them ?
I’ll leave you an exercise to think about your question while carefully looking at the photo.
