My first thought was thermite since it’s easy to make and burns through metal, but turning it into a flaming projectile is a whole other matter.
If you had a good mix you can ignite reliability it might be possible. But anyone near impact or under it’s arc is likely fucked. It would definitely slag the cameras under ideal conditions. Unless you had an inflammable binder that wouldn’t hinder the reaction.
