That reminds me: just the other day, I was looking at reviews of Cloudpunk (which I very much recommend btw) on Steam and stumbled on a “curator” whose whole thing was to nitpick every game to see whether it was “woke” or not.
With criteria such as “contains at least one female character that isn’t useless without male help” qualifying as “blatant DEI”, I honestly don’t think I’ve ever come across a more fragile snowflake 😂
I have genuinely wanted to punch some of the people on steam. I think that guy’s name was DEI detector or something along those lines. Then there is the frankly absurd amount of homophobia, and general bigotry. And these people genuinely are massive snowflakes when it comes to a game being “woke”.
I’ve also seen a genuine neo-templar catholic. I’ll try to link his profile if I can. It’s definetly something.
