I feel like this movie is the cinematic equivalent of 90-year-old congresspeople giving us “greatest hits of ideas that played well decades ago”. Go. Retire. You had a great career for a long time. Now find a smaller audience.

I feel like Mel fucking Brooks may have less energy available at this point in his career to push his artistic vision through.
