And the ones who aren’t annoying? Well, they don’t get talked about at all.

It’s almost as if people are working backwards from a set conclusion.

To the people of Spain and France: My heart goes out to you. As a British Columbian, we, too, are struggling with the same fire battles and devastation. Added to our fire challenges, is a “neighbour” that is threatening us at every turn, including: “threatening new tariffs over wildfire smoke drifting south of the border.”

Oregon is on fire and I’m sorry for that, it’s not fair, both countries are creating smoke for one another.

No, no we’re not. Maybe our government is, but that also goes for Saskatchewan, and even Ontario in it’s own way.

Only in that if the current Alberta government keeps doing what they are doing, they are going to trigger a renaissance in domestic terrorism.

These useless “what if” articles. Let’s bring back facts and journalism. In other news…we feel that climate change is closely related to vibe coding. Sheesh!

Or until the forest is gone, anyway. Most future biome maps I’ve seen have two smaller patches of boreal forest.

It won’t be “forever”. Once the piled up fuel (that’s been accumulating for the past hundred years or so since we’ve taken the stance that all forest fires are bad) are burnt through, we’ll stop seeing these big fires over and over.

Global warming isn’t like climbing to floor 2. It’s like climbing the stairwell forever.
