How the hell did that even happen?

Maybe they did that to attract visitors. It’s easy and effective to advertise a junkyard by lifting one of the cars up to a spot where cars shouldn’t be

The marker on the window appears to be “No Parts, Do Not Touch”, which makes that even more likely.
But what’s up with the flat tire?
Unfortunately there’s no air in it.
