Oh my god, this looks like straight out of the backrooms
Yep! This is GOLD!
That’s one way to describe the yellowing…
Just go find a closed down mall in your area and wander through it. Creepy af.
For safety, dress in dirty old sweats and be clearly tripping balls and no one will think you have money.
So impressed you had wifi service in the Backrooms. Get out man!
It might be the emergency cell service.
This one is my favourite.

I’m very impressed with the slight curvature to the floor tile
The office floor turned warehouse is making me extremely uncomfortable for some reason. I wanna say it’s not fire-code-safe to be in, but I’m not sure that’s it.
very - verrrrry impressive pictures. wow :o
I don’t understand stuff like this. If it is abandoned why is the light on? Who is paying for the electricity, and why?
It’s not so much abandoned as the company that was using that building went out of business. Someone owns that building and hopes they can get another tenant so they’re keeping the utilities on and doing some minimal amount of maintenance.
It’s also possible they are just using the building as a makeshift warehouse too.
Though I recently saw they’re going to demolish the building after all. I’ve seen a fair amount of that the past few years as there seems to be a bit of a glut of excessive office space around.
company goes into litigation
building has value so lights stay on
cost of lights go into company debt
There’s a fast food restaurant near us that’s been closed for a few years now due to the company going bankrupt. The lights are still on.
That’s a lot of bottled water… Wonder if it’d be still safe to drink; looks like they’re mostly plastic bottles and depending on how long they’ve been sitting I doubt it.
If by safe you mean “won’t kill you immediately” then yes. Just don’t ask what happens a few years later…
Maybe it’s almond water ^^
There were all kinds of water.
The plastics expire sadly.
