Jesus, i cant imagine what a plumber is going to charge to install/repair this. Those back walls are either 80% pex line, or the shower has some kind of ungodly proprietary fittings that are impossible to repair built directly into the shower itself.

Working on my plumbing is nightmarish enough and I only have two lines running to the shower.

Calm down, the cabin probably already comes with all the connections inside, you probably just need to connect the hot and cold water and the sewer line.

That typically has its own set of problems as I alluded to in my comment. The problem with those is that they’re usually either very difficult to repair, or are just simply unrepairable if something goes wrong.

The “sitting-is-as-bad-as-smoking” people have gone too far…they made a standing fucking hot tub.

If you can afford something that overcomplicated, you can afford to replace it when it breaks. Rich assholes aren’t going to get it fixed.

Yeah, but actual rich people don’t usually have pre built molded fiberglass stalls in their homes. I feel like this is what people who buy homes they can’t actually afford dream of when they think of high class. Actual rich people tend to have custom stone/tile work done for their bathrooms.

I’m doing alright in a cheap state, but my house was built in the 30s. I only know because when I was younger I worked in construction and helped build some pretty pricey houses.

Agreed, this looks targeted at people who currently have good money they may want to splurge, but aren’t actually part of the rich group.

This looks like so much, but unlike a Victorian Shower Cabinet it probably doesn’t include specific bidet and enema nozzles.
