He actually paid money for this ~4-5 foot long model of his oversized truck and put it on the stump of an ancient redwood tree. Doesn’t get more car-brained than this.

Sorry for the potato quality, we were driving by and didn’t want to stop and let him think we were admiring it.

This makes sacrificing kids for the car culture a lot easier. Just walk them to the stump, don’t need to dent your truck anymore.

I feel sorry for the owner of this truck.

They must never have achieved anything meaningful in their life.

I dunno, I think this is sorta’ cool. I hate these pickup trucks in particular because I live somewhere where 99% of people driving them don’t need them.

But if this thing is off the roads and being admired on private property, all the power to them.

Some people have shrines to war memorabilia, so I think a car isn’t quite as bad.

Believe me, 90% of the people who own giant trucks out here don’t need them either. But yeah, I don’t really care what you do on private property, just think this is kinda hilariously sad.

This is clearly a sacrificial altar.

Somebody took a truck off the road, and you’re complaining about it. Fuck cars, dude.

Is there anything that can be done? Like throw left over meat near it or in it and let bears maul it?

They’re not saying this should be banned or illegal. They’re saying it’s ugly. There is a middle ground between “banning anything I don’t like” and “I’m not allowed to criticize the ugliest thing ever made”
