I always have nice bag scan people ask if my vape juice has thc in it and remind me that flying internationally with weed products is illegal when I gly back from Canada to the UK. It’s sweet that they assume I’m too stoned to remember.
I had the security person at Gatwick pull out my THC vape, give me a judgemental look and head shake before putting it back in my backpack and telling me not to vape in the airport.

There is a reason why they tell you not to vape THC in airports or planes. Airline personnel are frequently tested and second hand exposure could lose them their jobs. Which is why if someone is caught smoking to vaping in a plane bathroom, the flight is cancelled and the plane emergency lands to immediately test all personnel. Then, the asshole who lit up gets a flight ban and sued for the cost of the flight.

Meh, I didn’t make the laws that serve toxic alcohol in airports but have an insane overreaction to a single vape puff.
Redirect your outrage.
You can’t get second hand exposure from someone drinking alcohol in your vacinity. You can from someone smoking or vaping. Given the toxin is literally airborne.

If you’re flying Canada to Canada, most flight plans will not cross into American airspace
They specifically will not let you take weed on flights that flyover parts of the US for this reason.

Unless you’re real new to weed you can certainly manage a flight stoned without causing a scene.
I took edibles before my last couple of flights. My body was completely still, quiet and respectful but my mind was having a party guessing everything about the people around me.
Just don’t waaaaay overdo it or your blood pressure will drop low enough to pass out.
Not sure about the rules in America, but here in Europe they’ll sell you beer, wine and even spirits to drink on the plane. Sadly no weed, though.

You can be drunk as fuck on plane as long as you don’t cause issues. They just don’t care unless you disturb other customers or even worse, loss of profit for the airliner
