Often the police lie and often civilians lie. Show us the video of blatant police violating rights and we’ll rally to destroy their life. Lots of companies have use it or lose it policies. I have been working about 40 years and I have never been able to bank paid time off from year to year.

Southern US. Race doesn’t matter. White, black, brown or whatever. The walk is the same. Not many 200kg women in Africa.
Most people only pay half of that and their employer pays the other half. Self employed people pay all of that, that’s me. I don’t have any separate retirement accounts or health insurance benefits either, but none of that is factored into my taxes.
Some of y’all have never watched a 200kg / 440lb southern woman walk. She is not happy. And I’m not happy to be walking behind her.
I’d do this just to educate people that they don’t have any expectation of privacy in public, and I’d go out so ready for violence. When pepper spray isn’t enough, there are stronger responses available. You don’t just get to demand I abandon the right to record in public. And hell yeah I’ll fight for this. The first amendment comes first. So many countries don’t actually have freedom of speech, press, religion.
There is no expectation of privacy in public in the US.

Well in the US it’s a protected right in public places and if people assault you for it, self defense laws apply.
He could probably do it by stepping outside of his authority but he might actually go to prison if he did it.
