(Oh man, and I am in California pretty near I-5 where the CHP uses hawks as speed cameras and I can’t help imagine getting one of those in my “trap” and then getting arrested for interfering with police business)

They are trained to fly over the highway and have cameras on them to help catch speeders and such.
