It’s not Impeachment that does nothing its congress. The Senate failed to remove him from office both times

Even with Congress’ past failings, an Impeachment is still way more likely to remove him from office than article 25. I don’t see a world where Kennedy would be on board to remove the president or any of the other cabinet members. Most of them will face prosecution if Trump were removed from office.

Additionally article 25 is not permanent and would only temporarily remove the president. I suppose it’s possible the courts could agree the president is mentally incapacitated and unable to be president, but then we’re relying on the Supreme court.

So yeah as far as legal means go Impeachment is still the best option.

The legislative branch is fake. They abandoned their powers by degrees until the Biden regime when they stopped pretending Presidents aren’t Emperors. They do not have war powers and they do not have power to remove the dictator. Time to look for other options.

      the Biden regime

What a strange thought. Grandpa Biden had a regime; “Sleepy Joe” was a dictator.

I don’t know where half these ideas come from, where the most milquetoasty president since Carter is now an emperor.

For those of us that were paying attention, executive power has been growing since the start of the country. Just definitionally it’s hard not to call the last several presidents authoritarians, you just don’t notice when it’s your guy, or when it’s been creeping since the start. Certainly some tried to be restrained, but when you can solve things with a shortcut, most presidents in my lifetime have abused their authority.

The only way he’s leaving office is in a body bag. and yes I’m well aware of two term limits and I stand by my previous statement. He’s only leaving office when he’s dead.

Impeachment is worthless. He will be “judged” by his own gang of criminals, the US constitution is a joke.
