I don’t understand. The person was a victim of assault, which is a crime as far as I know. I got into a fight with someone with a bad case of road rage that sucker punched me. I pressed charges. He was arrested and went to court and got several weeks of community labour as punishment. I was told had he had a known past of aggression he could have faced jail time.

Moisescu does have a violent criminal past. He’s made threats of violence and murder both vocally and written. There’s record of it. And he assaulted a man. The victim had a right to press charges.

The real reason the cop didn’t want to do his job is because they see the protesters as a bunch of pests that bother them and make them work extra by standing around looking like idiots. So of course he’s gonna laugh when one of them gets punched in the face.
