    This legit hits hard, even today.

    We are waaaay the fuck in the future, scifi-wise. It’s about to be 20-fucking-26. I was promised so many awesome things.

    Fuck it, just have AI play our video games and watch our movies for us so we have more time to do dishes and laundry. IT’S THE FUTURE. I SHOULDN’T BE DOING DISHES OR LAUNDRY. What are we even doing here?

        How come everyone on lemmy thinks after you put your dirty clothes in the washing machine that the machine magically folds your clothes and puts them away?

        Tell me you don’t wash your own clothes without telling me you don’t wash your own clothes.

          It’s a hard problem, but some of the scientists of all time are working on it:

          It took a decade for FoldiMate to admit defeat and declare bankruptcy, but Laundroid accomplished the same task in only four years - so, soon, we could have robotics companies able to give up in under a year!
