    Frankly, I think this is a pretty valid strategy for reducing your consumption

    Toss some beans in with half your regular portion of hamburger. Pretty soon you won’t mind just eating beans.

    Probably not what Liz had in mind, but still

    Cut it down to three days a week? How much meat do people eat??

    I consider myself a half assed vegetarian. A social meat eater. I only really eat meat if I’m like at a party and the host ordered a pepperoni pizza.

        …how? I’m USian but even that’s baffling to me. I have to consciously seek out meat to remember to eat enough protein since I’m not great at keeping beans on hand, but still.

        Where are these people?

          The cheapest most convenient stuff all has meat in it. Frozen dinners, cans of soup, fast food. Not to mention the toxic masculine men that associate eating meat with some sort of primal manhood. Have you not heard about the carnivore diet or that guy that was leaking cholesterol?
