In the same statement, Board of Regents President Karen Walsh accused Gow of showing a “reckless disregard for the role he was entrusted with at UW-La Crosse to serve students, faculty and staff, and the campus community,” adding that the board was “alarmed, and disgusted, by his actions, which were wholly and undeniably inconsistent with his role as chancellor.”
Disgusted? Because two consenting adults shooting video of sex is terrible. Oh, the humanity. Who will think of the children?
This really shouldn’t be grounds for termination. What people do off the clock is their business.
And with his wife. Why should it punished?
It does damage the university financially, and a university is full of dog fights, so I can see it was going to happen, though.
